New Venue!
The 2012 West Coast Taikai will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim.
The hotel is beautiful and on par with the previous location. The event room will have more space than we need, along with a side room where there will be a display of antique swords, fittings, and armor. There is also a very nice bar where Sanchez will be buying everyone drinks each night! Here are some other plusses:
· Adjacent to The Block at Orange, which includes over fifty retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment spots. (Dave & Busters, Bowling, indoor skate park)
· Disneyland is 1.8 miles away. The hotel has a free shuttle that runs every hour on the hour, discount tickets are available.
